Cancellation Duration

You can request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Cancellation requests should be raised within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel

Email support@thatstore.in or call/WhatsApp +91 9238790890 with your order number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. You may refuse delivery for eligible Cash on Delivery orders or request a return after delivery as per the Return and Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method through Cashfree or the applicable payment partner. Approved Cash on Delivery cancellations do not require a refund because payment is collected only at delivery.
