Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on thatstore.in from THAT STORE.
Return Duration
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories. Innerwear, final-sale items, altered products, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will offer replacement, return, or refund based on availability and issue type.
Refund Mode
Approved prepaid refunds are processed back to the original payment method used through Cashfree or the applicable payment partner. For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer, UPI transfer, or store credit after receiving valid customer account details.
Refund Timeline
Refund initiation normally happens within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation approval or return quality check. The bank, card issuer, UPI app, wallet, or payment partner may take additional time to credit the amount.
Shipping Charges
Forward and reverse shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product sent by us.
